How publishing works: Click "Publish Changes" and your edits are written straight to the live site — every visitor sees them on their next page load, immediately. No download or redeploy needed. "Discard Changes" throws away anything you haven't published yet. "Download Backup Copy" just saves a local JSON snapshot in case you want a manual backup.
